Ankit Agrawal has been elevated to Director, Product at Nykaa, marking a significant milestone in his product leadership journey with the organization. In his new role, he will continue to spearhead high-impact product initiatives, with a strong focus on scaling AdTech capabilities and accelerating platform-led growth.
Over the course of his seven-year tenure at Nykaa, Ankit has consistently demonstrated strong product leadership, progressing through several key roles including Group Product Manager, Principal Product Manager, and Senior Product Manager. Throughout this journey, he has played a pivotal role in shaping critical product areas such as checkout and payments, user experience optimization, and vernacular-led innovations that have contributed significantly to the platform’s scale and customer engagement.
Prior to joining Nykaa, he worked at MakeMyTrip as a Senior Data Analyst and Product Manager, where he focused on enhancing mobile web experiences and optimizing hotel booking funnels to improve customer conversion and usability.
He began his professional journey at Mu Sigma Inc. as a Decision Scientist, building a strong analytical foundation and expertise in data-driven problem-solving.
With deep experience spanning analytics, product strategy, and digital platform innovation, Ankit brings a strong data-first approach to building scalable, customer-centric products that drive business growth and user engagement.
