Before joining Digitide, Ahluwalia served as Managing Director at Alvarez & Marsal, where he was involved in transformation and value-creation initiatives. He has also been an Official Member and Contributor at the Forbes Business Development Council, contributing insights on business strategy and leadership.
Throughout his career, he has held several senior leadership positions across leading global organizations. His previous roles include President – Financial Services at Firstsource, Chairman at Sourcepoint, Global Head – Financial Services DPO and North America Business Lead – Financial Services Business Services at HCLTech, and Partner – Global Lead, Banking & Capital Markets, Business Services at Capgemini.
His experience further includes leadership responsibilities at Airtel, where he worked as an advisor on finance transformation initiatives, as well as at Barclays, where he was involved in establishing, managing, and transforming finance shared services operations. Earlier in his career, he also held leadership roles at Genpact and other prominent organizations.
