
Global — Körber Technologies has appointed Elango Munuswamy as Senior Vice President, Global Head of Digital Growth, strengthening the company’s leadership team as it accelerates its global digital transformation and innovation strategy.
With over 18 years of experience across digital transformation, IoT, enterprise technology, SAP ecosystems, and large-scale global program management, Elango brings extensive expertise in driving technology-led business growth and customer-focused digital innovation.
In his new role, he will lead Körber Technologies’ global digital growth strategy, focusing on expanding digital capabilities, accelerating innovation initiatives, and strengthening customer-centric transformation programs across the organization’s global operations.
Prior to joining Körber Technologies, Elango served as Director, IoT & Digital Solutions at Bosch Digital, where he led digital transformation initiatives across the East Asia Pacific region. In that role, he worked on advancing IoT adoption, enterprise digitalization, and innovation-driven customer solutions while collaborating with cross-functional global teams and technology partners.
Earlier, he held leadership positions at Bosch Software Innovations, Bosch USA, and Bosch Global Software Technologies, where he managed global IoT programs, SAP implementations, enterprise applications, cloud transformation projects, and large-scale technology delivery programs. His experience spans areas including manufacturing, supply chain, human resources, digitalization, cloud technologies, and enterprise platforms.
Throughout his career, Elango has led international teams across complex multi-vendor environments while managing large-scale global projects and multi-million-euro technology programs. His expertise includes IoT platforms, SAP HANA, cloud solutions, enterprise modernization, agile transformation, and digital program execution.
Industry observers note that industrial technology and manufacturing companies are increasingly investing in digital transformation, IoT ecosystems, automation, and AI-driven operational capabilities to improve efficiency, scalability, and customer engagement across global markets.
