Anand Dutta has joined Happiest Minds Technologies as Vice President and Global Practice & Business Head – Cybersecurity & Risk Management, strengthening the company’s leadership team as enterprises accelerate investments in cybersecurity, cloud security, AI governance, and digital risk management.
In his new role, Dutta will lead the company’s global cybersecurity and risk management practice with a mandate to expand business growth, strengthen cybersecurity capabilities, develop new security solutions and intellectual property, drive alliance partnerships, and enhance delivery excellence across security domains.
He brings more than 22 years of experience spanning cybersecurity, cloud, datacenter modernization, enterprise infrastructure, presales, solution architecture, alliance management, and large enterprise business development. His career has focused heavily on building go-to-market strategies, scaling cybersecurity practices, developing solution centers of excellence, and driving partner-led growth initiatives across enterprise and government sectors.
Prior to joining Happiest Minds, Dutta served at Tech Mahindra, where he most recently held the position of Global Head – Presales, Solutions CoE & Alliances for the Cybersecurity & Risk Management Practice. During his tenure, he led global security presales, cybersecurity solution development, alliance ecosystems, and competency-building initiatives while working closely with cybersecurity OEMs, technology vendors, and strategic services partners.
Earlier in his career, he held leadership responsibilities across solution sales, cloud transformation, enterprise management solutions, cybersecurity consulting, project management, and channel strategy. His expertise spans domains including cloud platforms, cybersecurity services, managed security services, datacenter modernization, IT service management, virtualization technologies, and enterprise digital transformation.
According to Happiest Minds, Dutta has also contributed to the development of cybersecurity intellectual property, industry-focused security solutions, and awareness initiatives around evolving cyber risks across AI, cloud, application security, networks, and data transformation environments.
