
Iron Mountain India has appointed Megha Talwar as its new Marketing Leader, strengthening the company’s leadership team as it advances its brand, demand-generation and business-growth priorities in the Indian market. In her new role, Talwar will lead the company’s marketing initiatives, work towards strengthening Iron Mountain’s brand presence and support its growth strategy across the region. Her responsibilities are expected to include developing integrated marketing programmes, increasing customer engagement and aligning marketing activities with the company’s broader business objectives in India.
Talwar brings more than 17 years of experience across business-to-business marketing, digital transformation, demand generation, brand building and business strategy. She has worked on marketing programmes designed to improve brand visibility, strengthen customer relationships and support enterprise sales. Her professional expertise includes account-based marketing, customer acquisition, thought leadership, campaign development and the execution of return-on-investment-focused marketing strategies across technology-led business environments.
Prior to joining Iron Mountain India, Talwar served as a Field Marketing Consultant at Dell Technologies. During her association with the technology company, she contributed to field-marketing and customer-engagement programmes supporting its enterprise business. Her experience at Dell Technologies provided her with exposure to marketing within a large global technology organisation, including the coordination of campaigns across sales, business and partner ecosystems. She has also developed capabilities in using digital channels and data-led insights to improve the reach and effectiveness of marketing programmes.
At Iron Mountain India, Talwar is expected to apply her enterprise marketing experience to communicate the company’s capabilities across information management, digital transformation, information security, data centres and asset-lifecycle management. Her appointment comes as businesses increasingly seek to organise, secure and prepare their physical and digital information for artificial intelligence and data-driven operations. However, the company has not publicly disclosed the complete scope of her role or the leadership structure to which she will report.
