Multi-year collaboration to strengthen data and AI capabilities, improve agility and drive long-term competitiveness
NEW DELHI; Aug. 4, 2026 – Dabur India Limited, one of India’s leading FMCG companies, is collaborating with Accenture (NYSE: ACN) to accelerate AI adoption and build a future-ready digital enterprise. The multi-year initiative is designed to strengthen decision-making, improve business agility and unlock new opportunities for profitable growth.
The collaboration builds on Dabur’s investments in cloud and digital core modernization. Accenture will help Dabur create a scalable, unified data foundation by integrating internal, external, structured and unstructured datasets into a centralized data lake, enabling more standardized, automated and trusted data flows across the enterprise.
With this foundation, Dabur will deploy control towers and digital dashboards to provide real-time visibility into key performance indicators, helping leaders monitor business health, track performance and respond faster to market shifts.
The initiative will use advanced analytics and AI to identify revenue growth and cost-optimization opportunities, improve supply chain responsiveness and strengthen end-to-end visibility across finance, procurement, marketing and sales.
Dabur will also introduce generative AI-powered conversational interfaces and assistants, making it easier for business users to query data, access insights and make data led decisions faster.
