Bengaluru, Healthium Medtech Limited has appointed Gaurav Goel as Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director, strengthening its leadership team as the company continues to expand its presence across surgical, post-surgical and chronic-care markets globally.
In his new role, Goel will lead Healthium Medtech’s next phase of growth, with a focus on global expansion, innovation and strengthening the company’s impact across healthcare markets. His mandate will include driving business strategy, expanding international operations and supporting the development and adoption of precision medical technologies across the company’s portfolio.
Goel brings extensive experience across medical devices, commercial leadership, corporate strategy and international business development. His background spans both operational and strategic roles, giving him exposure to global healthcare markets, business transformation and growth initiatives.
Prior to joining Healthium Medtech, Goel spent more than 11 years with Sahajanand Medical Technologies, where he held several senior leadership positions. During his tenure, he progressed through roles including Chief Commercial Officer and President – Structural Heart and Global Business Unit Head. In these positions, he was involved in leading commercial strategy, building global business operations and expanding the company’s presence across medical device markets.
His experience at Sahajanand Medical Technologies also included responsibilities across structural heart solutions and global business development, strengthening his expertise in scaling healthcare businesses and managing complex international operations.
Earlier in his career, Goel worked in strategy consulting at Accenture, where he developed experience in international expansion, mergers and acquisitions, corporate strategy and business transformation. His consulting background, combined with more than a decade of leadership in the medical devices sector, brings a mix of strategic and operational expertise to his new role at Healthium Medtech.
The appointment comes as Healthium Medtech continues to strengthen its global business and expand access to precision medical technologies across surgical and chronic-care applications.
