
Jakson Green has elevated Milmil Das to the position of Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), expanding his responsibilities within the company’s people and human resources function.
Das previously served as Head HR at Jakson Green and will now lead the organization’s people and culture agenda. His responsibilities will include areas such as talent strategy, leadership development, organizational effectiveness, and workforce development, with a focus on building a future-ready and high-performing workforce.
Das brings extensive experience in human resources leadership across the renewable energy and infrastructure sectors, along with exposure to emerging areas including electric vehicles, green molecules, and automobiles. His expertise covers HR business partnering, industrial relations, talent management, employee engagement, and end-to-end HR operations.
Before joining Jakson Green, Das held HR leadership roles at Sterling and Wilson, Tata Projects, Reliance Industries, Ramky Infrastructure, and Sai Sudhir Infrastructure. These roles gave him experience in managing people functions across diverse business and operational environments.
His professional background spans multiple industries, including renewable energy, infrastructure, petrochemicals, transportation, automobiles, and emerging green businesses. This cross-sector experience has provided him with a broad understanding of workforce management and organizational development.
Das’s elevation comes as Jakson Green continues to expand its activities across renewable energy and emerging green businesses, increasing the importance of talent development, leadership capabilities, and organizational effectiveness.
In his new role as CHRO, Das is expected to focus on strengthening the company’s people strategy and supporting its workforce requirements as Jakson Green continues to grow across the evolving clean-energy and green-business landscape.
