Saurabh Sharma has joined Mrs. Bectors Food Specialities Ltd., the company behind Cremica and English Oven, as Chief Human Resources Officer. He is based in Gurugram, Haryana, and took up the role in November 2026.
He joins from Zydus Wellness, where he spent 4 years and 3 months, from September 2022 to November 2026, as Head of Corporate HR Business Partnering, L&OD, based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
Before Zydus Wellness, Sharma spent 6 years and 3 months at Bunge in Mumbai, from July 2016 to September 2022, as AGM, Talent Management Lead (CoE) and HRBP, Manufacturing. Before that, from December 2012 to June 2016, he was Human Resources Manager at Sun Pharma, where he served as the HR business partner for the entire API business, with responsibility for talent acquisition, performance management, manpower budgeting and strategy.
From January 2011 to December 2012 he was Plant HR Head at Raychem RPG Ltd. His responsibilities there included recruitment for critical positions in the Energy Meters and Transformers business up to Senior Manager level, campus recruitment of GETs, and designing and implementing HR policies based on global and local trends. He drove organisation development through the Self-Managed Team concept, built team capability through a skill-based progression system, and handled goal setting and performance management using a Business Balanced Scorecard. His remit also covered statutory compliance under labour laws, employee welfare and plant administration, contract labour management, employee engagement, location budgeting and manpower optimisation, and retention strategy. As E&T Pillar chairman, he led shop floor transformation through Kaizen, 5S and on-the-job training.
From September 2009 to January 2011 he was Manager, Organisation Development at Piramal Enterprises Limited in Baddi, Himachal Pradesh. His work covered capability development, organisation development, succession planning, retention management, employee engagement, employee communication and employer branding.
Earlier, from January 2008 to September 2009, he was Associate, OD and Sourcing at Cadbury India Limited. His responsibilities there included people sourcing, compensation and benefits, training and development, employee engagement, ethical sourcing, employee communication, reward and recognition, and attrition management.
He began his career as Executive, HR at Sona Koyo Steering Systems Ltd, where he worked from 2004 to 2008.
At Mrs. Bectors Food Specialities, Sharma now leads the HR function for the company.
