Rapyder Cloud Solutions has appointed Abhishek Patel as Chief Human Resources Officer, as the company looks to strengthen its people strategy in line with its growth in the cloud ecosystem.
In this role, he will lead talent development, organizational transformation, and the evolution of HR frameworks, supporting business expansion and workforce alignment.
Prior to joining Rapyder, he spent over eight years at Axis Bank, where he served as Assistant Vice President in Priority Banking from November 2017 to April 2026 in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. During this period, he managed program and channel initiatives, along with responsibilities across training, customer experience, and quality.
Earlier, he worked at TMI Group as Associate Vice President from February 2013 to November 2017 in Hyderabad, contributing to leadership and HR initiatives.
He also held the role of Senior Program Manager at Mahindra Satyam BPO from January 2010 to January 2013, gaining experience in operations and program management.
Before that, he served as Senior Manager at GE Capital from May 2006 to January 2010, building foundational expertise in operations and business processes.
His early career also includes experience at HDFC Bank, further strengthening his background across financial services and operations.
With experience spanning human resources, operations, and business leadership across industries, Abhishek Patel brings a well-rounded perspective to lead Rapyder Cloud Solutions’ people and organizational strategy.
