Before joining Viraj Profiles, Amit held senior leadership positions at Maharashtra Seamless and Apex Buildsys. During his tenure, he led several strategic HR initiatives focused on HR modernization, industrial relations management, township administration, workforce planning, and greenfield project workforce setup. His experience in handling large operational teams and industrial environments has contributed significantly to his expertise in managing complex people and operational challenges.
Earlier in his career, Amit worked with MITCON Consultancy and Engineering Services, where he further strengthened his capabilities in entrepreneurship development, stakeholder engagement, organizational capability building, compliance management, and training initiatives. This diverse exposure across consultancy, infrastructure, and manufacturing sectors helped shape his broad understanding of business operations and workforce dynamics.
