Mumbai: Eris Lifesciences Limited (NSE: ERIS | BSE: 540596) today announced the appointment of Mr. Chirag Mehta as Executive Director. He will be based at the Company’s Mumbai office and will report to the CMD. In his non-statutory executive role, Mr. Mehta will oversee Finance, Investor Relations and the International Business.
He brings over two decades of senior leadership experience in finance, strategy and M&A across the Indian and international pharmaceutical industry. He was most recently CFO at Bharat Serums and Vaccines Ltd., a Mankind Group company, and earlier SVP & CFO at Biological E. Ltd., Hyderabad, and CFO – International at Cipla Ltd. He holds an MBA from Grand Valley State University, Michigan, USA.
