Glow Emerges From Stealth With $180 Million for AI-Powered Endpoint Security

Tel Aviv and Palo Alto, Cybersecurity startup Glow has emerged from stealth with $180 million in funding at a valuation of $1.2 billion. The company is developing an artificial intelligence-powered endpoint-security platform designed to help enterprises prevent attacks across modern computing environments.

The investment was led by Sequoia Capital, Cyberstarts, Greenoaks and Redpoint Ventures. Index Ventures, Swish Ventures, Lux Capital, Operator Collective and Holly Ventures also participated in the funding.

Glow said it is pursuing a prevention-first approach to endpoint security. Its platform is designed to map an organisation’s technology environment, evaluate risks and automatically apply security policies according to the conditions identified across enterprise devices.

The company is entering the market as corporate endpoints become more complex due to the growing use of cloud applications, software packages, browser extensions and artificial intelligence tools. AI agents can also access files, execute commands and interact with enterprise systems, creating additional security and governance requirements for organisations.

The startup was founded by executives with experience in engineering and cybersecurity at major technology companies. Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer Roi Tiger spent nine years at Meta and most recently served as Vice President of Engineering. Co-founder and Chief Technology Officer Omer Singer previously served as Head of Cybersecurity Strategy at Snowflake.

Ophir Arie, Glow’s co-founder and Vice President of Research and Development, previously held the position of Vice President of Research and Development at Claroty. The company’s wider leadership team includes Chief Product Officer Arnon Joseph and Chief Strategy Officer Emily Heath.

Glow plans to use the funding to expand its go-to-market organisation in the United States. A portion of the capital will also support the development of Glow Labs, the company’s dedicated cybersecurity research division.

The company has not publicly disclosed customer numbers, revenue figures or the commercial availability and pricing of its platform. Claims relating to the platform’s ability to prevent threats will, therefore, need to be assessed as customer deployments and independent evaluations become available.

Glow is an AI-powered endpoint-security company headquartered across Tel Aviv and Palo Alto. Founded in 2025, the company is building technology intended to provide enterprises with visibility, risk analysis and automated security-policy enforcement across endpoint environments.
