With over two decades of experience in strategic HR leadership, organizational development, and people transformation, Jennifer brings a deep understanding of building scalable, high-performing, and inclusive work cultures.
In her new role, Jennifer will spearhead Bajaj Finance’s HR strategy, focusing on driving employee engagement, leadership development, and digital transformation across the company’s expanding workforce. Her appointment reinforces the company’s commitment to nurturing talent and strengthening its human capital framework as a key enabler of business growth.
Before assuming the CHRO position, Jennifer served as Deputy Chief Human Resources Officer at Bajaj Finance Ltd., where she led strategic initiatives across HR Partnering, Learning & Development, and Talent Acquisition, supporting a workforce of over 40,000 employees. She played a central role in shaping the company’s people strategy, aligning HR programs with organizational goals, and fostering a culture of agility and performance excellence.
Her earlier tenure as Chief Human Resources Officer at Bajaj Housing Finance Limited further enhanced her leadership credentials. In that capacity, she managed HR and Administration functions, introducing programs designed to enhance productivity, engagement, and long-term talent sustainability.
Before joining the Bajaj Group, Jennifer held several senior HR roles at Bajaj Finserv, where she helped build robust HR frameworks that promoted innovation and adaptability. She also worked with L&T Finance as Head – Group Compensation & Benefits and Business Partner HR, where she established organization-wide HR policies and performance structures that drove consistency and strategic alignment across business units.
Jennifer began her career with Team4U, KGK Group, and Concast Standard Engineering (I) Pvt. Ltd., where she gained valuable experience in HR operations, talent management, and policy development.
