In his expanded leadership role, Raju will lead the company’s enterprise AI strategy, focusing on the development and deployment of artificial intelligence, automation, and intelligent workflow technologies designed to improve operational efficiency, profitability, and client outcomes for healthcare organizations.
Raju brings more than two decades of experience across technology leadership, product innovation, automation, digital transformation, and enterprise infrastructure management. Prior to this elevation, he served as Chief Technology Officer at Knack RCM, where he played a key role in advancing the company’s technology-enabled healthcare revenue cycle solutions and AI-driven operational capabilities.
Alongside his leadership at Knack RCM, he is also the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of apiplatform, a platform focused on no-code API modernization and integration technologies. Earlier in his career, he held senior leadership positions at Bridgewater Associates, where he contributed to large-scale infrastructure modernization, product engineering, and program management initiatives.
