AI-driven analytics and consulting firm LatentView Analytics has appointed Sonal Ramrakhiani as its Chief Executive Officer, effective July 15, 2026, marking a key leadership transition as the company sharpens its focus on global expansion and artificial intelligence-led growth. The appointment comes as the Chennai-headquartered company continues to strengthen its position in data engineering, analytics, and AI consulting across international markets.
Ramrakhiani succeeds Rajan Sethuraman, who has led the company since 2019. Following the transition, Sethuraman will serve as Strategic Advisor to the CEO for up to six months to support a smooth leadership handover and ensure continuity across the organization. During his tenure, Sethuraman oversaw several milestones, including the company’s initial public offering and the acquisition of Decision Point, which expanded LatentView’s capabilities and market presence.
Before joining LatentView Analytics, Ramrakhiani held senior leadership roles at Wipro, where she most recently led the Engineering Edge business unit in the Americas. She brings more than two decades of experience in technology services, engineering, digital transformation, and business growth, having worked with global enterprises across multiple industries. Her leadership background spans driving customer-centric innovation, scaling businesses, and building high-performing teams in international markets.
In her new role, Ramrakhiani will lead LatentView’s next phase of growth with a focus on expanding the company’s presence across the Americas and Europe, while advancing its AI-first strategy. The company expects her leadership to further strengthen its capabilities in analytics, data engineering, and AI-powered business transformation as enterprises continue to increase investments in data-driven decision-making and generative AI technologies.
LatentView Analytics has evolved into a global provider of AI-driven analytics, data engineering, and consulting services, serving enterprises across sectors including technology, financial services, consumer packaged goods, retail, healthcare, and industrials. The company works with more than 50 Fortune 500 clients and has operations spanning North America, Europe, the United Kingdom, Singapore, and India.
The leadership change reflects LatentView’s continued emphasis on accelerating innovation in artificial intelligence and advanced analytics while strengthening its global footprint. With Ramrakhiani at the helm, the company aims to build on its existing capabilities and expand its AI-led consulting portfolio as organizations increasingly adopt data, automation, and intelligent technologies to transform business operations.
