Lupin has appointed Dr. Ranjana Pathak as its new Chief Quality Officer, taking over from Johnny Mikell. With over thirty years of experience in the industry, Dr. Pathak will be responsible for overseeing quality and regulatory compliance across Lupin’s global operations. Dr. Pathak’s appointment is expected to bolster Lupin’s dedication to achieving excellence, leveraging her extensive leadership skills.
Previously, Dr. Pathak played pivotal roles at Dr. Reddy’s, serving as the Global Head for Quality and Pharmacovigilance. She has also held significant positions in quality and compliance at renowned companies such as Watson/Actavis and Endo Pharmaceuticals in the US. Additionally, she served as President and Global Head of Quality, Medical Affairs, and Pharmacovigilance at Cipla. Dr. Pathak’s expertise encompasses various pharmaceutical products, including injectables, inhalation items, and biologics, spanning both brand-name and generic drugs.
