
India — Naureen Fatima has been appointed as Head, CEO Office at Hexaware Technologies, where she will work closely with the CEO to drive strategic growth initiatives and enterprise-wide priorities across the organization.
In her new role, she will focus on strengthening organizational execution, enabling cross-functional alignment, supporting leadership effectiveness, and advancing key strategic transformation initiatives across the company.
Naureen brings experience spanning GCC advisory, technology strategy, digital transformation, business growth, and enterprise consulting across North America, India, and the Middle East.
Prior to joining Hexaware Technologies, she served as Project Lead at Zinnov, where she led end-to-end Global Capability Centre (GCC) design and transformation engagements for Fortune 500 enterprises. She also worked on strategic growth initiatives for leading hyperscalers and global technology organizations.
Before Zinnov, she held a business development and consultative sales role at Wipro, where she led technology strategy and digital transformation programs across North America and India. During her tenure, she contributed to scaling a Smart Solutions practice, managed strategic integrated deals, and supported enterprise transformation initiatives across telecom, aviation, and utilities sectors.
Her appointment comes as enterprises increasingly strengthen leadership functions focused on digital transformation, AI adoption, operational agility, and large-scale strategic execution amid evolving global technology and business environments.
