Priyanka Bhojani has taken on the role of Chief Financial Officer at PPG Asian Paints, marking her move into a senior finance leadership position at the coatings company. Bhojani announced the development through a LinkedIn post, stating that she has started a new position as Chief Financial Officer at PPG Asian Paints.
Bhojani joins PPG Asian Paints from Lenskart, where she was serving as Group Finance Controller & Head of Treasury. Her move brings experience across corporate finance, treasury, financial planning and performance management into the CFO role. Her professional profile identifies her as a Chartered Accountant and also notes her recognition under the ICAI 40 Under 40 – CA Business Leader category.
Before joining Lenskart, Bhojani built her finance career at Unilever, where she held multiple senior finance positions. Public professional information shows that she worked as Senior Finance Manager – FP&A and Performance Management for South Asia, following an earlier role as Senior Finance Manager – Business Finance covering Hair Care and Oral Care. She also served as Finance Manager – Treasury & Insurance at Unilever. Earlier in her career, she worked as a Finance Business Partner in Sales Finance at Keurig Green Mountain.
Bhojani has also highlighted her experience with Lenskart, Hindustan Unilever and Mondelēz as important parts of her professional journey. In a December 2025 LinkedIn post following her recognition by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, she described the experience gained across these organisations as an important part of her development as a finance professional.
At PPG Asian Paints, Bhojani will take responsibility for the finance function of a business operating across several industrial coatings segments. The company is a 50:50 joint venture between Asian Paints Limited and PPG Industries, Inc., established in 1997 to address the requirements of the Indian automotive coatings market. The partnership was subsequently expanded to cover areas including automotive refinish, marine and consumer packaging markets.
PPG Asian Paints currently operates across automotive OEM coatings, automotive refinish, industrial coatings, marine coatings and packaging coatings. The company’s official website lists these as its key business areas and also identifies manufacturing locations including Dahej, Pondicherry, Moraiya and Sriperumbudur, along with its R&D centre in Navi Mumbai.
The company has also continued to strengthen its long-term partnership with Asian Paints. In August 2025, PPG and Asian Paints announced the renewal of their India joint venture for another 15 years, extending the partnership through 2041. Under the renewed arrangement, PPG retained management control of PPG Asian Paints Private Limited, while Asian Paints continued to manage the separate Asian Paints PPG joint venture.
Bhojani’s appointment follows a recent change in the company’s finance leadership. A May 2026 regulatory filing by Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India identified Rajiv Vimal as the then-serving CFO of PPG Asian Paints. The filing stated that Vimal was appointed CFO of Mahindra Holidays effective July 1, 2026, after having served at PPG Asian Paints.
With her experience spanning finance control, treasury, FP&A, business finance and performance management, Bhojani now takes on the CFO mandate at PPG Asian Paints. Her move represents another step in her finance leadership career and places her at the helm of the finance function of a major joint venture serving India’s automotive and industrial coatings markets.
