Pune: Quick Heal Technologies Limited, a global provider of cybersecurity solutions, today announced the release of its first Sustainability Report for FY 2025-26. Prepared with reference to the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Standards and Business Responsibility and Sustainability Reporting (BRSR), the report establishes a baseline for how the Company manages energy, emissions and waste; supports its people, partners and communities; and governs a cybersecurity business built on trust.
The report brings Quick Heal Technologies Limited’s sustainability approach together under three interconnected pillars: Giving Back to Nature, Community & People, and Ethics & Governance. It covers the company’s India operations for the period April 1, 2025 to March 31, 2026 and outlines both progress achieved and areas where measurement, systems and disclosures will continue to mature.
Key Highlights:
Environmental Stewardship
- Scope 2 emissions declined by 16.9%, from 1,746.62 tCO2e in FY 2024-25 to 1,451.35 tCO2e in FY 2025-26.
- Scope 1 emissions stood at 37 tCO2e, taking combined Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions to 1,463.72 tCO2e.
- A 45 kW solar power plant at Quick Heal Technologies Limited’s Thube Park office generated approximately 46,570 kWh of renewable electricity during the year.
- Renewable energy accounted for 98% of the facility’s electricity consumption.
- Water consumption decreased by 12.84%, from 13,789 KL in FY 2024-25 to 12,018 KL in FY 2025-26, supported by treated-water reuse for gardening and flushing.
- The company routed approximately 966 kg of e-waste through authorised recyclers under its Extended Producer Responsibility framework.
- Product packaging is now 100% biodegradable, following an approximately 38% reduction in packaging material and the transition towards a CD-less product ecosystem.
People and communities
- Employees completed 131,794 learning hours across cybersecurity, cloud and DevOps, AI and machine learning, software engineering, leadership, product knowledge and compliance
- The annual Voice of Employee Survey recorded 92% participation and an employee Net Promoter Score of 1.
- Through the Cyber Shiksha for Cyber Suraksha programme, Quick Heal Foundation’s initiatives have touched 94 lakh lives across 19 states, reached 12,000 schools and colleges, conducted 8,000 workshops and engaged 6,000 volunteers.
- The programme has also been integrated as a two-credit cybersecurity course at nine institutions under the National Education Policy framework.
- Quick Heal Foundation’s 18 Arogya Yan mobile medical vans have reached more than 600 villages and over five lakh people, extending basic healthcare access to underserved communities.
Trust and governance
- Quick Heal Technologies Limited established a three-tier ESG governance structure comprising a Steering Committee, Project Management Office and cross-functional ESG Task Force to connect strategic oversight with execution and reporting.
- The company concurrently holds ISO/IEC 27701:2019, ISO 27001:2022 and SOC 2 Type 2 certifications, reinforcing its framework for privacy, information security and customer trust.
- During FY 2025-26, Quick Heal Technologies Limited recorded no confirmed human-rights violations, no reported incidents of workplace discrimination and no POSH complaints.
Looking ahead, Quick Heal Technologies Limited plans to deepen ESG integration across business decisions, expand renewable-energy and resource-efficiency initiatives, strengthen privacy and information-security practices, invest in skills and cyber education, and improve accountability across its value chain. The company also intends to undertake a formal double-materiality assessment, introduce third-party assurance as its reporting practice matures, and publish a Net Zero target roadmap by FY 2030.
