Noida-based industrial artificial intelligence startup Ripik.ai is in discussions to raise ₹140–150 crore in fresh funding from private equity firm Gaja Capital, according to a report by The Economic Times published on November 5, 2026.
The proposed investment is expected to support the company’s growth in developing and deploying AI-based systems for manufacturing and industrial operations. The discussions are ongoing, and the funding has not yet been confirmed as completed.
Ripik.ai develops artificial intelligence-based vision systems designed to monitor and improve manufacturing processes. Its technology combines cameras, sensors and proprietary AI models to track equipment, materials and production activities at large industrial facilities.
The startup deploys its hardware and software solutions across manufacturing units, including cement and steel plants. These systems help industrial operators monitor production processes and identify operational issues through visual data and AI-driven monitoring.
The company’s approach focuses on applying AI to industrial environments, where continuous monitoring of equipment and production activities can support operational visibility and process improvement. Its solutions are designed for large manufacturing facilities that handle complex production operations.
Ripik.ai counts Accel and Venture Highway, which has since merged with General Catalyst, among its existing investors. The company has attracted backing from venture capital investors as it builds its presence in the industrial AI segment.
The proposed funding from Gaja Capital would bring a private equity investor into the company’s funding discussions. However, details regarding the proposed investment structure, valuation and intended use of the funds have not been disclosed in the report.
The discussions come as manufacturers increasingly explore AI-based technologies to improve monitoring and automation across industrial operations. Applications involving computer vision, sensors and proprietary AI models are being deployed to provide greater visibility into production activities and equipment performance.
If completed, the proposed ₹140–150 crore funding would provide Ripik.ai with additional capital as it continues to develop its industrial AI systems and expand deployments across manufacturing facilities.
