Marsh has elevated Riya Goswami to the role of Vice President, marking a key milestone in her nearly seven-year journey with the organization.
In this role, she will focus on strengthening client relationships, leading key accounts, and driving growth across the employee benefits and multinational business segment.
She has been associated with Marsh for over six years, progressing through multiple roles. Most recently, she served as Key Accounts Leader – Employee Benefits | Marsh Multinational from August 2025 to April 2026 in Gurugram, Haryana, India, where she managed strategic accounts and client engagement.
Prior to this, she held the position of Assistant Vice President from April 2024 to March 2026, contributing to business growth and account leadership. Earlier roles include Senior Manager from April 2022 to April 2024 and Manager from July 2019 to April 2022, building experience across client servicing and employee benefits.
Before joining Marsh, she worked at SecureNow Insurance Broker for over four years, where she served as Senior Product Manager and Manager – Underwriting from June 2017 to July 2019, and earlier as Assistant Manager – Underwriting from June 2015 to June 2017, developing expertise in underwriting and product management.
With experience spanning employee benefits, underwriting, and client relationship management, Riya Goswami brings a strong foundation to support Marsh’s growth and client engagement initiatives.
