TrueFan AI Raises $10 Million in Series A Funding to Scale Personalized Video Technology

TrueFan AI, an enterprise video technology platform that leverages artificial intelligence to create personalized video content at scale, has secured $10 million in a Series A funding round. The investment marks a significant step in the company’s growth strategy as demand for AI-powered customer engagement solutions continues to increase across industries.

The funding round was led by Baring Private Equity Partners India and Z3Partners, with participation from IAN Alpha Fund and 3Lines Venture Capital.

The new capital will support TrueFan AI’s efforts to expand its enterprise offerings and strengthen its position in the rapidly evolving AI-driven content personalization market.

The company specializes in generating personalized video communications using artificial intelligence, enabling businesses to deliver customized content to large audiences while maintaining relevance and engagement at an individual level. The platform is designed to help organizations improve customer interactions, marketing effectiveness, and communication outcomes through automated video personalization.

TrueFan AI has established a presence across multiple sectors and currently works with more than 100 enterprise customers. Its client base spans industries including banking and financial services, healthcare, consumer goods, and media, reflecting the broad applicability of AI-powered video solutions in enterprise environments.

Among the organizations utilizing the platform are major brands such as Bajaj Finance, HDFC Bank, Axis Max Life Insurance, Zomato, Cipla, BharatPe, and Goibibo.

The company’s growing customer portfolio highlights increasing enterprise adoption of AI-powered personalization technologies as organizations seek more effective ways to engage customers at scale.

The funding comes amid continued investment activity in the artificial intelligence sector, where businesses are exploring new applications of AI to enhance customer experiences, automate communication processes, and improve operational efficiency.
