Bengaluru-based D2C fashion startup UniqYou has raised ₹15.8 crore in a seed funding round led by Arkam Ventures and Antler, with participation from a group of angel investors. The funding round values the company at approximately ₹64 crore post-money, according to Entrackr’s estimates based on regulatory filings.
The company’s board approved the issuance of 37,487 Compulsorily Convertible Preference Shares (CCPS) at an issue price of ₹4,215 per share to raise the fresh capital. The funding marks an early institutional backing for UniqYou as the startup works to build a technology-led platform focused on women’s fashion.
Arkam Ventures invested ₹9.3 crore in the round, making it the largest contributor. Antler invested ₹4.96 crore, while angel investor Ankit Garg invested ₹1 crore. The round also saw participation from Abhishek Goyal, Chaitanya Ramalingegowda, Raveen Sastry and Nandita Sinha.
Following the latest share allotment, Arkam Ventures will hold a 14.93% stake in UniqYou, while Antler will own 7.96%. Abhishek Goyal and Chaitanya Ramalingegowda will hold 1.59% and 0.24%, respectively, according to the report.
The latest funding comes after earlier reports that UniqYou was in discussions to raise around ₹12 crore ($1.3 million). Moneycontrol had reported in June that Arkam Ventures was negotiating an investment in the Bengaluru-based startup along with Antler, with the company then in the advanced stages of launching its platform.
Founded in 2026, UniqYou is focused on the women’s fashion segment and is building a technology-led consumer platform. The startup is using artificial intelligence to identify emerging fashion trends and aims to use those insights to offer relevant fashion products to consumers.
The fresh capital will be used to meet working capital requirements and general corporate purposes, according to the regulatory filings cited by Entrackr. This gives the company additional resources to develop its operations and build out its fashion-focused platform as it moves through its early stage of growth.
UniqYou’s fundraise comes amid continued investor interest in India’s fashion and apparel startup ecosystem. Several consumer-focused fashion companies have attracted institutional capital as investors look for businesses combining digital distribution, differentiated products and technology-led approaches to consumer demand.
The sector has seen several notable funding rounds in recent years. In 2025, The Bear House raised ₹50 crore in a Series A round, while Snitch raised ₹278.9 crore in a Series B round and Miraggio secured $6.5 million in Series A funding. In 2026, MyDesignation raised ₹40 crore in Series A funding, while Alaya by Stage3 secured seed funding to expand its ethnic-wear business and AI capabilities. More recently, D2C fashion brand Theater raised ₹75 crore in a Series A round led by Niveshaay.
For UniqYou, the ₹15.8 crore seed round provides early institutional backing from Arkam Ventures and Antler as it builds its presence in India’s women’s fashion market. With the company valued at around ₹64 crore post-money, the latest round gives UniqYou a financial base to develop its technology-led model, meet working capital needs and advance its broader business plans.
