Even Healthcare has elevated Vignesh PV to Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), expanding his leadership mandate as the healthcare company looks to accelerate commercial growth across its insurance and B2B businesses. In his new role, Vignesh will lead commercial growth across Even’s insurance and hospital businesses, with a focus on strengthening partnerships, expanding its corporate client base and bringing its insurance and healthcare offerings closer together.
As Chief Commercial Officer, Vignesh will focus on expanding Even’s relationships with insurers, brokers and corporate clients. His responsibilities will also include driving growth across the company’s OPD, wellness and managed-care offerings and strengthening its presence across the broader healthcare and insurance ecosystem. A key focus will be scaling Even’s presence in Bengaluru, where the company aims to capture 20% of the relevant market.
Vignesh brings experience across commercial strategy, enterprise sales, business development, partnerships, account management and revenue growth. Before taking on the CCO role, he held senior positions at Even Healthcare, including Head of Corporate Business and Director of Enterprise Sales and Partnerships. He joined Even in 2023, according to executive-profile information tracking his career.
Before joining Even Healthcare, Vignesh worked at Plum, where he served as Head of Key Accounts, and at Zoho Corporation, where he held the position of Head of Account Management. His career has also included an association with fintech company slice, giving him experience across healthcare, technology and financial services. This combination of commercial and sector experience has shaped his background in building client relationships, developing partnerships and driving business growth.
The elevation comes as Even’s corporate healthcare business has expanded significantly. The company said its corporate book has grown 100% over the last year and now covers more than 200,000 lives across 350+ corporates. Its corporate client base has more than doubled from approximately 150 over the past year. Even’s portfolio includes organisations such as Godrej Group, Tally Solutions, PayU, Ultrahuman, Hyundai, Fiat and Marriott.
The company has also been expanding its network of insurer and broker relationships. Its partners include Go Digit, Aditya Birla Health Insurance and Care Insurance, among others. Vignesh’s new mandate places these relationships at the centre of his commercial responsibilities as Even works to expand its insurance and B2B businesses.
Even operates a vertically integrated “payvider” model that combines insurance and healthcare delivery through its hospital network. Under this model, the company brings insurance, preventive care, OPD, diagnostics and hospitalisation together within a connected healthcare ecosystem. Even says the model enables it to manage healthcare costs within its own hospitals while providing members with a more integrated experience across different stages of care.
