Sajid Iqbal Appointed CHRO & SVP at Brigade Group to Strengthen People Strategy and Leadership Development

Brigade Group has named Sajid Iqbal as its new Chief Human Resource Officer and Senior Vice President, marking a significant addition to its leadership team. “Sajid Iqbal has joined Brigade Group as the Chief Human Resource Officer & Senior Vice President.” With over 20 years of rich experience across the human resources landscape, Sajid is expected to play a central role in advancing Brigade’s talent strategy and reinforcing its people-first culture.

Sajid’s career has seen him contribute to HR transformation at several top-tier companies. “With a career spanning over two decades, Sajid brings extensive experience across the HR domain, having worked with reputed organizations such as GE, GE HealthCare, Ingram Micro (Godrej Pacific), and Larsen & Toubro.” In his most recent role as Vice President – Human Resources at GE, he was instrumental in aligning HR practices with business imperatives and leading key leadership development programs.

Having worked across India and the U.S., Sajid brings a global HR perspective along with strong regional execution capabilities. “Over the years, Sajid has led HR functions across India and the United States, focusing on talent management, organizational design, recruitment, and fostering high-performing workplace cultures.” His ability to integrate people strategies with business goals has helped organizations build robust talent pipelines and sustain competitive advantage through strong workforce engagement.
