NLB Services has announced the appointment of Abhilash Raghavan as Chief Business Officer, where he will spearhead the company’s newly established Global Capability Center (GCC) vertical. Bringing with him more than 25 years of experience in enterprise transformation, financial strategy, and global operations, Raghavan has played a pivotal role in setting up and managing over 30 GCCs for multinational corporations. His proven expertise positions him to strengthen NLB’s GCC capabilities and accelerate delivery of next-generation solutions to global clients.
Before joining NLB Services, Raghavan was the Chief Financial Officer at ANSR, where he designed scalable financial systems and drove GCC expansion initiatives. In this capacity, he worked with leading multinational enterprises such as PepsiCo, 3M, Delta Air Lines, and Anheuser-Busch InBev. Beyond finance, his responsibilities included serving as Board Director for ANSR’s subsidiaries and client entities in India, enabling him to provide strategic oversight to large-scale global operations.
His professional journey also includes senior leadership roles across multiple industries. At the London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG), he was Head of Finance for Data & Analytics Operations, contributing to financial governance and operational efficiency for the organization’s growing data business. During his tenure at Target Corporation India, he managed diverse functions including indirect sourcing, procurement, accounting, and reporting, establishing systems to optimize efficiency and compliance.
Earlier in his career, Raghavan was part of AOL, where he specialized in financial planning and analysis, and at Wipro, where he contributed to the growth of the Healthcare & Life Sciences division. These roles gave him a well-rounded perspective, blending financial expertise with operational depth across technology, retail, and service-driven sectors.
By combining his deep financial acumen with operational insight, Raghavan has developed a reputation for building high-performance global capability centers that drive both cost efficiency and innovation. His appointment at NLB Services comes at a critical juncture as organizations worldwide increasingly rely on GCCs to fuel digital transformation and business agility.
With his extensive track record in enabling multinational companies to establish and scale their India-based operations, Raghavan is expected to play a central role in expanding NLB’s footprint in the GCC space and driving sustainable business growth.
