Chandan Jha has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer of AGI Greenpac’s plastic packaging business unit, AGI Plastek, marking an important leadership transition as the company sharpens its focus on growth, sustainability, and innovation in the plastic packaging sector.
In his new role, Jha will be responsible for leading overall business strategy, P&L management, and market expansion for AGI Plastek. His mandate includes strengthening the company’s value proposition across key sectors such as FMCG, pharmaceuticals, and personal care, while accelerating the development of sustainable and innovative packaging solutions.
Jha brings extensive experience from the packaging and allied industries. Prior to joining AGI Greenpac, he spent nearly nine years at Manjushree Technopack Limited, where he most recently served as Associate Vice President – Sales and Marketing. During his tenure, he played a key role in driving growth in the container business, shaping go-to-market strategies, and contributing to the company’s threefold growth journey.
Earlier in his career, Jha worked as Territory Head at Holostik India Limited, where he helped establish the company’s leadership in anti-counterfeit solutions for the pharmaceutical sector. He also held sales roles at ICICI Securities, gaining early exposure to financial services and client management.
An alumnus of Delhi University, Jha is a gold medalist in PGDM (International Business). His appointment is expected to further strengthen AGI Plastek and reinforce AGI Greenpac Limited’s leadership position within the evolving packaging ecosystem.
