Digile has elevated Rajat Sharma to the role of President, where he will continue to drive CXO-led transformation and practice-driven growth initiatives as Strategic Advisor – Technology, Practice & Growth.
In this expanded leadership role, he will focus on advancing technology strategy, strengthening practice capabilities, and enabling business growth across global markets.
Alongside his role at Digile, he is the Founder & CEO of NGN ADVISORY and an investor in RICOVR Healthcare. His broader ecosystem involvement includes being a member of the Forbes Technology Council, serving as a Guest Lecturer at The College of New Jersey, and contributing in advisory roles with Modal.
Prior to this, he held senior leadership roles at Zensar Technologies as Executive Committee Member & Global Head of Platforms, and as Senior Vice President – Advanced Engineering & Data Analytics, where he led platform and data-driven transformation initiatives.
He also served at Accenture as Managing Director and North America Lead – Intelligent Cloud and Infrastructure (CMT), driving large-scale cloud transformation programs.
Earlier in his career, he worked as Managing Director/Partner at Deloitte Consulting and held multiple leadership roles at Cognizant, including Vice President and Cloud & Infrastructure Head for BFS.
His professional journey also includes roles at Tech Mahindra, Nokia, Dell Technologies, Tata Elxsi, and Fujitsu ICIM, where he built expertise across global business development, cloud strategy, large deal execution, and digital transformation.
With experience spanning enterprise technology, cloud, and large-scale transformation, Rajat Sharma brings a strong foundation to lead Digile’s next phase of growth and innovation.
