DTDC Express Limited has elevated Rishi Sareen to the role of Chief Operations Officer, marking a key milestone in his leadership journey with the organization.
In this role, he will focus on strengthening DTDC’s operational framework and driving efficiency across its logistics network, aligning strategy with execution across a complex, multi-node ecosystem.
He has been associated with DTDC for over three years. Most recently, he served as Chief Information Officer from March 2023 to April 2026 in Gurugram, Haryana, India, where he led the company’s technology strategy, driving digital transformation and innovation initiatives.
Prior to this, he held the position of Managing Director & Chief Technology Officer – Supply Chain at Accenture from April 2022 to March 2023, where he led global strategy and innovation for supply chain technology platforms.
Earlier in his career, he served as Chief Information Technology Officer at Ecom Express Limited, contributing to large-scale technology transformation initiatives.
He was also associated with Blue Dart Express Limited, where he led IT and information security functions as Head IT & CISO, building strong expertise in enterprise systems and cybersecurity.
