
DTDC Express Limited has elevated Suraj Sud to the role of Chief Technology Officer, as part of its ongoing efforts to strengthen core capabilities and align leadership with its Vision 2030 growth strategy.
In his new role, he will lead the company’s technology roadmap, focusing on strengthening platforms, enhancing data visibility, and enabling more effective decision-making across the organization.
Suraj Sud has been associated with DTDC for over two years. Most recently, he served as Head of Product and Engineering from October 2023 to April 2026 in Delhi, India, where he led product strategy and engineering initiatives, contributing significantly to the company’s digital transformation journey.
Prior to joining DTDC, he worked at Jio Platforms Limited as Head of Engineering – Supply Chain Management from December 2022 to September 2023 in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, where he was involved in architecture and engineering leadership.
Earlier, he held the position of Vice President – Product Management and Engineering at Ecom Express Private Limited from December 2020 to December 2022 in Gurugram, Haryana, India, where he led product strategy and technology initiatives across logistics operations.
He also worked at FarEye as Director – Solutions, building expertise in digital logistics and supply chain platforms.

Suraj Sud added that he aims to build on the existing digital foundation and drive the next phase of product and platform innovation, with a focus on enhancing customer experience, streamlining operations, and supporting sustainable growth.
The elevation reflects DTDC’s emphasis on internal leadership development and its commitment to building a technology-driven logistics ecosystem.
