
The Hartford has appointed Dr. Rajesh More as Director of Software Engineering – AI, strengthening its focus on advancing AI-led innovation and enterprise-scale digital capabilities.
In this role, he will lead the design, development, and delivery of AI-powered and agentic applications, aligning advanced engineering initiatives with business outcomes. His mandate includes driving the adoption of Generative AI and cloud-based architectures across the organization.
Dr. Rajesh More brings deep expertise across artificial intelligence, machine learning, and enterprise systems. Prior to joining The Hartford, he worked at CWX, where he served as Technical Architect (AI/ML) from January 2025 to April 2026 and earlier as Senior AI/ML Engineer from June 2024 to December 2024. During this period, he led the development of AI prototypes and enterprise-grade solutions across projects.
He is also the Founder and Mentor at DeccanAI School, where he has contributed to building AI capabilities and mentoring talent in the field.
His broader experience includes roles at EPAM Systems, AlmaBetter, Data Axle, American Axle & Manufacturing, Wipro, and Omdena, where he built strong capabilities in AI engineering, solution architecture, and large-scale system delivery.
With a strong foundation in AI, Generative AI, and enterprise engineering, Dr. Rajesh More is positioned to drive The Hartford’s next phase of innovation, focusing on scalable, business-aligned AI solutions.
