Tandon joined Bajaj Life in 2023 as Deputy Vice President and Head of Renewals and Persistency. Since then, he has played a key role in improving operational efficiency and driving customer engagement initiatives. His contributions have helped streamline renewal processes and enhance the overall customer experience, positioning the company for stronger retention outcomes.
Before joining Bajaj Life, Tandon spent over 19 years at Axis Max Life Insurance Limited, where he held multiple leadership roles. His experience includes positions such as AVP and Zone Head as well as Regional Head of Field Operations, where he managed large teams and drove business performance across different regions. This extensive tenure provided him with deep insights into distribution, customer behavior, and operational strategy in the insurance sector.
He began his professional journey with HFCL Limited, where he built a strong foundation in customer service and relationship management. With a career spanning over two decades, Tandon brings a combination of operational expertise and strategic leadership, which will be instrumental in advancing Bajaj Life’s retention-focused growth strategy.
