Aye Finance Appoints Nishit Shrivastava as Chief Technology Officer

Aye Finance Limited has appointed Nishit Shrivastava as Chief Technology Officer (CTO), adding an experienced technology leader to its senior management team as the non-banking financial company continues to build its technology-led lending capabilities.

Shrivastava announced his move to Aye Finance through a LinkedIn post, sharing that he has started a new position as Chief Technology Officer at the company.

According to Aye Finance’s regulatory filing, the company’s Board of Directors approved Shrivastava’s appointment through a circular resolution on September 16, 2026, following the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. His appointment will take effect from October 1, 2026, on a full-time basis.

Shrivastava succeeds Jinu Joseph, who is stepping down as Aye Finance’s Chief Technology Officer and Senior Management Personnel. Joseph’s resignation was submitted for personal reasons and will take effect at the close of business on September 30, 2026. The company’s filing states that there are no other material factors behind his resignation.

More Than Two Decades in Technology

Shrivastava brings more than 24 years of experience in software development and financial services technology. His professional background covers fintech, digital transformation, technology strategy and enterprise platforms.

Before joining Aye Finance, Shrivastava served as Chief Information and Technology Officer at Muthoot Fincorp, part of the Muthoot Pappachan Group. In that role, he worked across several technology functions, including customer experience, data engineering, modern infrastructure, digital transformation, security, technology resilience and enterprise AI.

His experience also spans technology transformation and cybersecurity, areas reflected in his professional profile, which describes him as a technology transformation leader working across cybersecurity, enterprise architecture, AI and digital innovation.

Technology Focus at Aye Finance

At Aye Finance, Shrivastava will take charge of the company’s technology function as it continues to expand its lending operations. The company said his experience will support its efforts to strengthen technology architecture and digital capabilities and build scalable, secure and resilient platforms for technology-enabled lending.

The company also intends to use data, artificial intelligence and emerging technologies to strengthen its technology-led lending model, improve operational efficiency and enhance customer experience.

Aye Finance focuses on providing credit to micro enterprises across India. The company’s technology infrastructure is therefore closely connected with its lending model, including areas such as digital processes, data-driven decision-making and scalable platforms.

The leadership transition comes as Aye Finance continues to grow its lending business. As of June 2026, the company reported assets under management of ₹7,324 crore, according to recent company disclosures.

With his background spanning financial technology, enterprise platforms, cybersecurity, AI and digital transformation, Shrivastava now takes responsibility for Aye Finance’s technology function from October 1, 2026. His appointment follows the planned departure of Jinu Joseph and represents the latest change in the company’s technology leadership.
