Straive has appointed Kapil Dulani as Director – Analytics & AI, marking his move from Fractal, where he built a career across analytics consulting, strategy, architecture and AI-led solution delivery.
Dulani announced the development on LinkedIn, saying he has joined Straive in the new role. He also thanked his colleagues at Fractal for his time with the company and said he would focus on building impactful AI solutions and taking on new challenges at Straive.
Dulani brings more than 13 years of experience spanning strategy, technology architecture, analytics and delivery. His LinkedIn profile describes his work as focused on designing solutions and building AI systems aimed at helping businesses protect topline performance, unlock revenue and drive business transformation.
Before joining Straive, Dulani spent several years at Fractal, an analytics and AI company. His experience there included analytics consulting and leadership responsibilities, with his professional profile highlighting his ability to combine business understanding with technical execution. A recommendation on his LinkedIn profile describes his experience in analytics consulting, client relationships and complex business problem-solving.
Dulani’s move comes as Straive continues to expand its capabilities across data, analytics and artificial intelligence. The company describes its business around operationalising the data, insights, knowledge and AI value chain for global enterprises. Straive works with organisations across sectors including financial and information services, insurance, healthcare and life sciences, scientific research, EdTech, logistics and supply chain.
Straive has also been expanding its AI capabilities through acquisitions and investments. In June 2025, the company announced the acquisition of SG Analytics, a data and analytics company with expertise across banking and financial services, information services, technology and media. Straive said the acquisition was intended to strengthen its ability to scale AI operationalisation and data analytics.
The company has continued to build its broader AI and analytics organisation. Its current hiring activity includes senior technical leadership roles covering AI, analytics and software engineering, with responsibilities spanning enterprise AI architecture, GenAI, agentic systems, data platforms, cloud-native technologies and production deployment.
Against this backdrop, Dulani’s appointment adds an experienced analytics and AI professional to Straive’s leadership team. His background across consulting, architecture and delivery is aligned with the company’s work in helping enterprises move data and AI solutions from development into business workflows.
For Dulani, the transition represents a move from Fractal to Straive, where he will take on the Director – Analytics & AI mandate. He said his focus in the new role will include navigating new challenges, developing impactful AI solutions and contributing to Straive’s continued progress in the field.
The appointment further reflects Straive’s focus on expanding its Data & AI capabilities as enterprises increasingly look to integrate analytics and AI into core business processes.
