
Sookti AI has appointed Gagan Mohan Singh as its Chief Information Officer. In his new role, Singh will lead the company’s technology strategy, product innovation and enterprise-transformation initiatives as it expands its AI-native solutions for SAP customers.
Singh will focus on scaling Sookti AI’s technology capabilities and converting advanced artificial intelligence innovations into measurable outcomes for enterprises. His responsibilities will include helping organisations modernise their SAP environments, accelerate SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes and adopt intelligent, increasingly autonomous execution models.
He will also work on strengthening the company’s relationships with customers, technology partners and the broader SAP ecosystem. The appointment supports Sookti AI’s efforts to expand the use of autonomous AI agents across different stages of the SAP lifecycle, including analysis, migration, testing, documentation, optimisation and continuous improvement.
Singh brings nearly two decades of experience spanning SAP consulting, enterprise architecture, presales, business development, digital transformation and technology leadership. Before joining Sookti AI, he was associated with Deloitte India, where he worked with Indian conglomerates and Fortune 500 companies on complex SAP and enterprise-technology transformation opportunities.
During his career, Singh has also worked with NEC Corporation India, Page Industries, PepsiCo and IBM. At NEC, he advised enterprises on SAP S/4HANA implementations and migrations, SAP Business Technology Platform, SAP Fiori and enterprise integration strategies. At Page Industries, he managed technology initiatives across SAP, ordering platforms, retail systems, e-commerce integration and digital transformation.
Singh also spent more than five years at PepsiCo, working on SAP integrations, business-process improvements and technology-enabled transformation. He began his career at IBM, where he contributed to SAP implementation programmes for customers across consumer goods, retail and automotive sectors.
Announcing his appointment, Singh said the role provides an opportunity to help Sookti AI scale its capabilities, strengthen its market presence and enable enterprises to accelerate their SAP S/4HANA transformation journeys.
