Lohia Corp Limited has appointed Jagdip Kumar as Chief Digital & Information Officer (CDIO), expanding his leadership responsibilities across the company’s digital and information technology functions.
In his new role, Kumar will oversee Lohia Corp’s digital and IT strategy, with a focus on driving digital transformation, strengthening enterprise technology capabilities, and supporting business growth and operational efficiency.
Kumar brings experience across IT leadership, digital transformation, SAP, enterprise technology, and business process transformation. His career has included responsibilities spanning technology operations, IT strategy, enterprise systems, and the use of technology to improve business processes.
Before taking on the CDIO position, Kumar served as Chief Information Officer at Lohia Corp Limited, giving him an understanding of the company’s technology environment and business requirements.
Earlier, he held senior IT roles at Cosmo Films, where he served as General Manager – Head IT and Assistant General Manager. He also worked as Assistant Manager – IT at Welspun World and began his earlier career experience as an IT Executive at BC Jindal Group.
Across these roles, Kumar has developed experience in managing IT functions and supporting technology-driven business transformation. His background includes enterprise applications, SAP, IT operations, and technology strategy.
His elevation comes as businesses increasingly depend on integrated digital systems and enterprise technology to improve operational efficiency, streamline processes, and support growth. At Lohia Corp, Kumar is expected to build on his existing experience within the company while taking a broader leadership mandate across digital and information technology.
