Tanla Platforms has appointed Arvind Kumar as Vice President – Security & Compliance. Kumar announced the move in a professional update, stating that he will also head the Group Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) office at the Hyderabad-based cloud communications and SaaS company.
In his new role, Kumar will lead Tanla’s Group CISO office and take responsibility for the company’s security and compliance function. His appointment comes as Tanla continues to operate its digital communications platforms across enterprise customers and focus on data security, privacy and protection against digital fraud.
Tanla Platforms operates in the communications platform-as-a-service (CPaaS) segment, providing cloud-based communication solutions to enterprises. The company says more than 2,000 global enterprises use its platforms to deliver customer interactions across channels.
