Netweb Technologies reported a 334.8% year-on-year increase in profit after tax to ₹136.7 crore for the second quarter of FY27, supported by accelerating demand for high-performance computing and artificial-intelligence infrastructure. Revenue from operations rose 335.7% to ₹1,323.3 crore, making the July-September period the company’s highest-revenue quarter to date.
The Faridabad-headquartered company supplies computing systems used for artificial intelligence, supercomputing, private cloud and data-intensive enterprise workloads. Its latest financial performance shows AI infrastructure becoming the largest contributor to its business rather than remaining a supplementary product category.
Revenue from AI systems reached ₹1,283.6 crore during the first half of FY27, representing growth of 735.8% from the corresponding period a year earlier. The segment accounted for 59.9% of operating revenue during the period. This shift coincides with rising demand from enterprises, research institutions and public-sector programmes for locally deployed compute capacity.
Operating earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation increased 334% year on year to ₹197.3 crore. The operating EBITDA margin stood at 14.9%, while the profit-after-tax margin was 10.2%. Net debt remained limited at ₹13.6 crore as of 30 September 2026.
Netweb ended the quarter with an order book of ₹2,629 crore. It also held an additional L1 position of ₹652.5 crore, indicating that it had emerged as the lowest bidder for further contracts that had not yet fully converted into booked orders. Chairman and Managing Director Sanjay Lodha said the combination provided revenue visibility for upcoming quarters.
The company disclosed an active opportunity pipeline of ₹11,151.8 crore. That figure represents potential business rather than confirmed revenue, but it illustrates the scale of tenders and commercial opportunities emerging around AI servers, accelerated computing and related infrastructure.
During the quarter, Netweb raised ₹1,200 crore through its first capital issuance since its stock-market listing in July 2023. The financing strengthens its capacity to support working capital, production and expansion requirements as orders for compute systems grow.
The results also provide a domestic-company view of India’s AI infrastructure cycle. Much of the global discussion has focused on chip designers and hyperscale cloud providers, while Netweb’s performance captures demand closer to system integration and deployment. Its revenue mix, order book and capital raise point to a rapid expansion in the market for complete AI and high-performance computing systems assembled and delivered for Indian workloads.
