Ahuja Residences is pleased to announce the appointment of Medha Tiwari as Chief Business Officer – Hotel Division, as the organisation continues to expand its business and strengthen its leadership team.
With over 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Medha brings extensive expertise across sales, marketing, revenue management, business development and strategic partnerships. Her career spans several leading hospitality brands, including Best Western Hotels & Resorts, Apeejay Surendra Park Hotels, Shangri-La New Delhi, ITC Hotels, The Lalit and Grand Hyatt Delhi.
Over the course of her career, Medha has worked across established as well as growth-focused hospitality businesses, with a strong track record of driving revenue, building high-performing teams and leading pre-opening sales and marketing initiatives. She has also worked closely with senior leadership teams and key accounts to develop partnerships and create new business opportunities.
Known for her strategic and result-oriented approach, Medha has led teams through periods of growth and transformation, with a focus on building strong commercial foundations and delivering sustainable business results. Her experience covers digital marketing, revenue and inventory management, strategic brand partnerships and customer acquisition.
Medha holds an MBA in Marketing & Human Resources and has completed executive programmes in Strategic Hospitality Management and Strategic Pricing from Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration.
In her new role at Ahuja Residences, Medha will lead the commercial strategy for the Hotel Division, with a focus on driving revenue growth, strengthening market presence, building strategic partnerships and creating new avenues for business growth.
