Akanksha Srivastava has been appointed as the Head of Human Resources, India at Li & Fung. Akanksha brings over 14 years of diverse HR experience, having held leadership roles in renowned organizations such as Hilti India, A.P. Moller – Maersk, LF Logistics, and Hughes Communications India. Her professional expertise spans across HR business partnering, organizational development, workforce planning, talent management, and diversity & inclusion. She has successfully executed HR initiatives across geographies including India, the Middle East, and Africa, bringing valuable cross-cultural and regional insights to her new role.
Known for her strong ability to align people strategies with overarching business objectives, Akanksha is regarded for delivering agile and scalable HR solutions in dynamic environments.
