Following a 15-year tenure with Mahindra & Mahindra (M&M), Amol Deshpande has embarked on a new chapter in his career as he takes on the position of Chief Digital Officer & Head of Innovation at RPG Group. In his new capacity, Amol will lead the charge, guiding the organization towards expansion and spearheading the adoption of digital strategies to drive business transformation.
The RPG Group encompasses several prominent companies, including KEC International, CEAT, Zensar Technologies, RPG Life Sciences, Harrisons Malayalam, Raychem RPG and Spencer International Hotels.
On joining RPG Group, Amol Deshpande on his social media profile wrote: “Last 15 years with Mahindra were full of excitement, learning opportunities and most importantly demonstrating ‘can do’ DNA. Driving Technology / Digital transformation of businesses (startups to large enterprises) delivering world class ‘Phygital’ experiences for customers, vendor partners, employees, setting up Centre of Excellences from scratch, delivering cost optimizations, Building Capabilities and ‘Super Performing Teams’ across geographies were some of the high points of the journey.”

Amol’s professional voyage commenced with Tata Motors in 1998. Over the years, he further enriched his experience by working with other automotive giants such as Ford and Daimler Chrysler.
