Arun Nair Joins IKS Health as Vice President – Human Resources

Arun Nair has joined IKS Health as Vice President – Human Resources, taking charge of the HR function for the company’s Ambulatory Business Unit. Nair announced the move, describing it as a new chapter with a familiar organisation and an opportunity to partner with the business, build talent and support its next phase of growth.

In his new role, Nair will lead human resources for IKS Health’s Ambulatory Business Unit. He will work with the business leadership team on talent and organisational priorities while supporting the unit’s growth plans. His experience across talent acquisition, strategic hiring and HR leadership brings him back to IKS Health in a broader HR leadership role.

Nair’s return to IKS Health follows his tenure at Rubicon Research Limited, where he served as Head of Global Talent Acquisition & Retention. He joined Rubicon Research in 2024 and was responsible for global talent acquisition and retention initiatives. His work there involved developing recruitment and retention strategies aligned with the company’s organisational requirements.

Before joining Rubicon Research, Nair had already spent several years with IKS Health. He served as Associate Vice President – Talent Acquisition from April 2022 to September 2024. Earlier, he was Director of Talent Acquisition at IKS Health, a role he held from 2015 to 2021, with responsibilities covering leadership hiring, strategic hiring and special projects.

His earlier experience also includes a stint at CitiusTech, where he served as Senior Manager – Talent Acquisition. At CitiusTech, his responsibilities included talent acquisition and hiring initiatives within the healthcare technology sector. He also worked as Senior Resource Manager with Bellsoft Inc., where he handled talent acquisition and resource management for pharmaceutical and medical device clients.

Nair began his professional career in the early 2000s and has built experience across healthcare, technology, recruitment and talent management. His earlier positions included Project Lead at Respondez and roles with US Medical Billing Company and Tranquilmoney, Inc. This career progression has given him exposure to different aspects of recruitment, resource management and organisational talent requirements.

His professional profile highlights more than 20 years of experience and expertise spanning strategic hiring, talent acquisition transformation, AI-powered recruiting, employer branding and HR leadership. His background has largely centred on building talent functions and supporting organisations through recruitment and workforce requirements.

At IKS Health, Nair’s focus will now shift from leading talent acquisition to overseeing the broader HR function for the Ambulatory Business Unit. The role will require him to work closely with business leadership to build talent capabilities and support organisational priorities as the unit enters its next phase of growth.

The appointment also marks a continuation of Nair’s association with IKS Health. Having previously held senior talent acquisition positions within the company, including Associate Vice President – Talent Acquisition, he now returns in a Vice President – Human Resources role with responsibility for the Ambulatory Business Unit.

Nair said he was looking forward to partnering with the business, building great talent and enabling the next phase of growth. His return brings together his earlier experience at IKS Health with his more recent work in global talent acquisition and retention at Rubicon Research.

With experience spanning talent acquisition, strategic hiring, recruitment transformation and organisational development, Arun Nair will now lead HR for IKS Health’s Ambulatory Business Unit. His new role expands his responsibilities within the organisation as he returns to IKS Health to support its people and business priorities.
