As Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Jain has been instrumental in driving AU’s enterprise transformation agenda, leading technology modernisation, digital innovation and operational excellence across the organisation. He has contributed significantly to building scalable platforms, enhancing customer experiences and enabling AU’s evolution into a technology-driven and customer-centric financial institution.
In his new role, Mr. Jain will continue to work closely with Mr. Sanjay Agarwal, Founder, MD & CEO, to drive enterprise-wide execution, strengthen operational excellence, accelerate digital transformation and support the Bank’s long-term growth agenda.
His elevation underscores AU SFB’s focus on leadership continuity, institution-building and creating a future-ready organisation positioned for sustainable growth in an evolving banking landscape.
