Bhaskar Dhawan has joined Bitwise as Senior Vice President & Global Head of AI, where he will lead the company’s global AI strategy, innovation roadmap, and enterprise AI engineering initiatives. With close to two decades of experience spanning artificial intelligence, digital engineering, commerce, and large-scale technology transformation, he is known for developing scalable digital ecosystems and enabling next-generation enterprise modernization.
Before joining Bitwise, Bhaskar spent more than 14 years at Mastek, where he held multiple senior leadership roles, including Senior Vice President – AI Engineering, Digital Engineering & Experience, and Digital Commerce & Experience. Throughout his tenure, he played a significant role in driving AI-focused engineering capabilities and digital transformation initiatives.
Earlier in his career, he worked with organizations such as Corbus, LLC, Accenture, Sapient, and Tata Consultancy Services. During this period, he built strong expertise in enterprise architecture, digital transformation, ATG commerce, and global technology delivery.
His appointment highlights Bitwise’s ongoing commitment to strengthening AI-driven innovation and expanding its capabilities in delivering advanced digital and enterprise technology solutions to clients worldwide.
