Grapes Worldwide, an integrated communication agency, has appointed Sanjay Kumar as Director – AI & Growth. In his new role, Sanjay will be leading the agency’s AI-powered growth initiatives with a focus on improving operational efficiency, streamlining digital workflows, and strengthening performance-led marketing capabilities across the organization.

At Grapes Worldwide, he will be working towards building scalable AI-driven systems aimed at reducing repetitive manual processes and enabling teams to operate with greater speed, efficiency, and accuracy. His focus will be on leveraging AI, automation, and data-driven decision-making across digital functions. This will include strengthening capabilities in SEO, SEM, website audits, workflow optimization, and AI search readiness through emerging areas such as Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO). The agency will continue to maintain a balanced approach where human expertise and strategic thinking will remain central to creative and content-led functions.

Sanjay brings over 14 years of experience in digital growth, enterprise SEO, automation, and performance marketing. Prior to joining Grapes Worldwide, he held leadership roles at agencies including Techmagnate, Intelegencia, and Unyscape, where he worked with iconic brands such as Jio Finance, Tata Capital, Bajaj Broking, Bajaj General Insurance. Over the years, he has built expertise in AI-powered automation, technical SEO, data-first growth strategies, and no-code or low-code workflow solutions.
