
HCLTech has appointed Kimsuka Narsimhan as an Independent Director, strengthening its board with deep financial and governance expertise as the company prepares for its next phase of growth.
A Chartered and Cost Accountant by qualification, she brings over 35 years of experience across finance, risk management, strategy, and business transformation within the consumer goods sector.
Her executive career includes serving as Chief Financial Officer – Asia Pacific at Kimberly-Clark and CFO – India Region at PepsiCo. Earlier, she held global and India leadership roles at Unilever, building extensive expertise in multinational operations.
She has worked across multiple geographies, including Europe, the Middle East & Africa, India, and Southeast Asia, bringing a strong global perspective to her roles.
Beyond her executive experience, she has over a decade of boardroom exposure, having served as an independent director at organizations such as Bharti Airtel, Meesho, Akzo Nobel, and AstraZeneca India.
Her board-level contributions include participation in and leadership of committees covering audit, nomination and remuneration, ESG, and risk oversight. She is also a board member of the SIM People Development Fund.
