Hical Technologies Pvt. Ltd. has appointed Mayank Bedi as Chief Information Officer (CIO), bringing an experienced technology leader into a key role as the company looks to strengthen its digital capabilities and align technology more closely with business growth.

Bedi joins Hical Technologies with extensive experience across information technology, SAP, enterprise applications, application management, and digital transformation. His career has involved leading technology functions and managing enterprise IT initiatives across multiple industries.
Before joining Hical Technologies, Bedi served as Assistant Vice President – Application Head at Nuvoco Vistas Corp. Ltd. In this role, he was involved in application-focused technology leadership and enterprise IT initiatives.
Earlier, he held the position of Director – IT SAP at Ecolab and served as Assistant Executive Director at Dalmia Bharat Group, adding to his experience in enterprise technology management and IT leadership.
His career also includes leadership positions at VST Tillers Tractors Ltd., where he served as Head of the IT Department, as well as IT Manager roles at Jockey India and LG Electronics. He began his professional journey in IT as a Senior IT Officer.
Across these roles, Bedi has built experience spanning IT strategy, SAP, enterprise applications, technology operations, and digital transformation. His exposure to technology functions across different business environments gives him a broad perspective on using IT to improve operational performance and support organizational growth.
His appointment comes as companies increasingly rely on modern enterprise applications, integrated technology platforms, and digital processes to improve efficiency and remain competitive.
