Mrinalini Srinivasan has been appointed as the new Chief Financial Officer of P&G Hygiene and Health Care

Procter & Gamble Hygiene and Health Care, a prominent entity under P&G India that includes brands like Vicks and Whisper, has announced the appointment of Mrinalini Srinivasan as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective June 29, 2024.

Mrinalini brings extensive and diverse experience in various finance roles, accumulated over a 16-year career. Joining P&G in 2008 in India, she has worked across three geographies—Singapore, India, and Dubai—leading transformational projects and achieving remarkable results for several key P&G businesses. An alumnus of FMS Delhi, Mrinalini currently heads corporate finance and serves as the Executive Sponsor of Gender Equality for the P&G India group. Prior to this, she was the Senior Director of Sales Finance for P&G India.

Expressing her enthusiasm for her new role, Mrinalini Srinivasan said, “I am honored by this opportunity and excited to take on the new role. I truly believe in the Company’s commitment to improving peoples’ lives in small but meaningful ways, every day. This role allows me to work with various stakeholders to bring our integrated growth strategy to life and delight our consumers with superior propositions. I look forward to contributing to P&G’s growth in India.”

Mrinalini succeeds Prashant Bhatnagar, who will be leaving the company after approximately 28 years of dedicated service.
