
Persistent Systems continued its remarkable growth trajectory with yet another robust performance in Q2FY26, marking its 22nd consecutive quarter of revenue expansion. The company reported revenue of USD 406.2 million, up 4.2% quarter-on-quarter and 17.6% year-on-year, driven by consistent execution, digital transformation demand, and deep client partnerships. Operating margins improved to 16.3%, reflecting operational efficiency and disciplined cost management.

During the quarter, Persistent achieved a total contract value (TCV) of USD 609.2 million and an annual contract value (ACV) of USD 447.9 million, underscoring healthy deal momentum and client confidence. The company also secured major wins across its core verticals — software, financial services, and healthcare — further consolidating its position as a trusted digital transformation partner.
In a move to strengthen leadership and operational excellence, Jaideep Dhok was elevated to Chief Operating Officer – Technology, signaling the company’s continued focus on scaling innovation and delivery capabilities globally.
